Hi, I’m Nathan

I work with men and women who know there is more to their life than the version they are currently living.

Sometimes something clearly isn’t working. Your relationship is struggling, you’ve lost yourself, you’re at a crossroads, or you keep finding yourself in patterns you thought you had already dealt with.

Other times, life is good. You’re successful, capable and have built something you’re proud of, yet there is still something in you asking, what else?

I’m interested in what sits underneath that question.

We spend so much of our lives becoming who we learned we needed to be. We develop beliefs about ourselves, ways of staying safe, ways of getting love and identities that become so familiar we stop questioning them.

Eventually, some of those ways of being start getting in the way of the life we actually want.

My work is about discovering what is true underneath all of that.

We look at the patterns shaping your life, meet the parts of yourself you’ve spent years avoiding or trying to fix, and create the space to hear what you actually want.

Then we bring it into your life.

Your relationships. Your work. Your purpose. The conversations you need to have. The decisions you’ve been avoiding. The things you want to create.

You can understand yourself incredibly well and still live the same life.

At some point, the work has to become lived.

‘There’s a quote - we don't see the world as it is, but as we are - and working with Nathan has felt like that idea coming to life. It's felt like slowly taking off a paid of glasses i didn't even know i was wearing, and finally seeing things not through the lens of past trauma and self-doubt, but as they actually are - and being able to hold the many sided, sometimes complicated nature of that without crumbling
